ANCHASL was established in 1982 by North Carolina health and science librarians who recognized the need for professional communication and cooperation with colleagues across the state.
Our Goals
- Promote excellence in health science librarianship
- Foster resource sharing, information exchange, continuing education and professional development
- Provide a forum for cooperation, communication, and the exchange of ideas
- Serve as a liaison to other organizations desiring input from ANCHASL members
